James Hicks, on GoogleI was a prior customer of Audibel at Best Value before moving nine years ago and later having to purchase a competitive brand, Siemens Signia. One of the Signia hearing aids only lasted ONE MONTH PAST THE WARRANTY OF THREE YEARS this past November. Tracy quickly diagnosed that the aid was not working as there also is fluid in both ears from infection. Tracy is helping coordinate the repair and explaining the warranty costs as both aids will require battery replacement this year. After- the- service sale and being able to talk to a local supplier is critical. I have not been able to find a local Siemens dealer ,even in Charlotte. Tracy's help is valuable in earning my business again as a replacement for whenever these Signia aids fail, which they will. We still are resolving the current repair, and I look forward to Tracy coordinating the changeover. Having a reliable,local dealer who views customers as long-term repeat customers,not a one-time quick sale, is more important than only considering price.
